First time at Oseyo, went for brunch and it was fabulous! Rose; our hostess and server was absolutely amazing so kind and explained the menu so well! I’m an absolute sucker for Asian food and this did not disappoint. Everything we ate was 10/10 but the real showstopper was the Jjin Mandu - steamed dumplings with pork, beef + kimchi, absolutely insane!!! Clean and open atmosphere with great natural lighting and a nice patio for the evening time. Cant wait to try this again!

Oseyo is such a cute, calming atmosphere. The food was delicious - the fried chicken bucket was such a great deal! We also enjoyed the pork belly appetizer. Drinks were refreshing and the service was top tier! Would definitely visit again…

Our party of four ate here on a Saturday night in March 2026. Dinner for four with one drink each came to $300. There was a large party taking up half of the restaurant - they put up a blue curtain cutting the restaurant in half. It was so loud we could not hear each other or our waitress. The appetizers were fairly small. We found the cauliflower appetizer to be overly sweet and perhaps over sauced. We liked the fried chicken appetizer a bit better but it was also very sweet. The steamed dumplings were tasteless. The main courses were large and good. They were out of the fish dish. Service was attentive. The food came out very fast. Our favorites mains were the stir fried rice with chicken and the short ribs. Once the big party left and the curtain came down the atmosphere improved greatly.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was perfect! The service was great and every dish was incredible. The black sesame ice cream was the best sesame ice cream I've ever had, possibly the best ice cream period. We had the dumplings, ddukbokki, Hwedup Bap, and the Oseyo salad with bulgogi. Everything was truly 10/10, and the atmoshpere was beautiful.

The place is a beautiful classically urban Texan spot with space and wood and good art. For the food, I found the kimchi different in a good way, a little more sour than fishy and as a result quite pungent even with white rice. The tteokbokki was solid, a mellow taste where the rice cakes were really nice. The rice cakes were not too chewy but not too hard, great texture here, they were beaten well. The kimchi jjigae was big and solid, a classic comfort food. The flavors are not punchy, but rather calm. I wonder if the other dishes would have more of the spice, but I think this provides the more comfortable version of Korean food. This is Korean for all palates, not just the Koreans. Overall, I recommend stopping by. Next time I'll get the dolsot bibimbap, but when I work up an appetite. Also shout out to Rose for taking care of the lonely diner, this was a restorative lunch, thank you!
